At Tony’s Chocolonely, we want you to be 100% happy with your chocolate; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 14 days of receipt for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are simply not to your taste.

Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged or incorrect bars so we can verify the issue with our warehouse team.

Resolution
